<p>I investigated a little further.<br />
The bug happens only with:</p>
<p>> driver <- HighlightWeaveLatex(boxes = TRUE)</p>
<p>with</p>
<p>> driver <- HighlightWeaveLatex(boxes = FALSE)</p>
<p>everything is fine. <img src="/themes/default/smilies/smile.png" alt=":-)" class="smiley" /></p>
